Foundation J. García Siñeriz distinction to professor Hugo Yepes

The J. García Siñeriz Foundation award was presented to Professor Hugo Yepes from Instituto Geofísico of the Escuela Politécnica Nacional de Quito (Ecuador), at present on Universidad de Grenoble Alpes (Francia), for his contribution to the scientific communication in seismic and volcanic crisis.
