{"id":977,"date":"2012-02-02T16:50:33","date_gmt":"2012-02-02T16:50:33","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-03-05T11:00:38","modified_gmt":"2019-03-05T11:00:38","slug":"normas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundaciongarciasineriz.es\/en\/2012\/02\/02\/normas-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules to follow for the elaboration of the electronic version of the Thesis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>General Information<br \/><\/strong>\u2022 A printed copy will be presented as well as an electronic copy , that will be sent enclosed in CD or DVD.\u00a0<br \/>\u2022 The electronic files enclosed will also be possible to include relevant information related to the work.<br \/>\u2022\u00a0The CD or DVD will have a directory with the thesis in two formats: Pdf and text, in agreement with the following rules:<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>PDF Files<br \/><\/strong>All the electronic copy will consist of only a file.\u00a0<br \/>Acrobat Fast Web View will be used:<br \/>&#8211; Edit &gt; Preferences &gt; General &gt; Options &gt; Save As Optimizes for Fast Web View. OK<br \/>&#8211; File &gt; Save As: *.pdf<br \/>\u2022\u00a0Images will be optimized for the Web.<br \/>&#8211; Acquisition. The scanned resolution will have to be 72 ppp<br \/>&#8211; Generally, the maximum size of an image will not have to exceed 600 x 600 pixels. An image will not have to be redimensioned with a text processor, because an image of smaller surface will be obtained occupying the same number of bytes. Redimension images always with an image publishing program.<br \/>&#8211; Image Processing<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0JPEG: This format reduces image size, not the number of colors. It is the best for photographs.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0GIF: This format reduces the number of colors, but it does not lose resolution.
